After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Virginia, Shyaam Karra moved to Los Angeles in December of 2011. Working at a voracious pace, he has already performed in feature many films, national commercials, TV pilots, and several shorts, prints, and new media spots. Shyaam has the privilege of theatrical representation with the highly esteemed Momentum Talent and Literary Agency and commercial representation through the Daniel Hoff Agency. He is managed by Paul Bennett Management. Some of his favorite experiences have been through classes with Stan Kirsch and improv study with Upright Citizens Brigade. His first year in Los Angeles has been a whirlwind of good fortune, and he continues to prepare for every opportunity. In the years to come, Shyaam will continue to grow as both an actor and individual and will contribute his talents to the acting world.
